This page exists so that the Terms and Conditions link in the site footer, and the consent checkbox on the membership application form, resolve to a real page during prelaunch review. Nothing on this page has any legal effect.

YUUTH must replace this with terms drafted and approved by legal counsel before the storefront password is removed. The application form asks every applicant to accept these terms, and that acceptance is recorded against their application with a timestamp, so the wording here needs to be the wording YUUTH intends to rely on.
